Understanding the characteristics of successful distance learner is necessary to help identyfy strategies that are hight effective for a successful distance learning experience . It will be important to determine if learning occurs differently via distance . It is necessary to ideaantyfy process teachers use to cutomize the lerning experience and assess innovative instructional processes  to identify which best help student learn.  Its importnant to diagnoseproblems that learner encounter in terms of time and place , along with how the required use of technology affects their motivation . It is also important to determine student expextations for credit course and why they do not take advantage of distance learning opportunities. It is more important to determine expectations for professinal improvement then it is to determine expections for parsonal enrichment . It wil be imortment to determine participation and comletion rates and assess outcomes of vocational education throught Distance mode.

Examination Procedure :
All th vocational Education courses are Certificate Courses . Exams will be conduct in non-semester ,ode in the prescribed format . The Examination will be conducted in the written format and once the student passes he exam the certificate will be issued mentioning that the student has passed the throught Distance mode .
